Join our motivating and supportive community over livestream and/or locally and take Passion Fit fitness, yoga and dance classes to have fun, get stronger and gain energy!

My goal is to help you feel mentally and physically strong, emotionally connected to yourself and others and optimistic about what you can accomplish!

Signature Livestream Classes:

Passion Fit: Livestream Sculpt (Mondays from 9:15 - 10:00 a.m. PST)

In this low-intensity class, you’ll feel the amazing benefits of strengthening, lengthening and sculpting your entire body and getting your heart rate up without jumping or impact, but rather through Pilates and barre-inspired work on the floor and mat. The class will end with a cool-down, stretch and mindfulness work, leaving you feeling stronger, more flexible, energized and refreshed! All levels welcome, and a Zoom link will be shared upon registration. Please have a Wi-Fi connection, water and an exercise mat on hand. If you purchase a monthly membership, 3-month program or class package, you’ll have access to recordings of my classes each week!

Passion Fit: Livestream Yoga (Wednesdays from 9:15 - 9:45 a.m. PST)

In this mind-body class, you’ll experience tranquility, reflection and inner peace. As you progress through various yoga poses, stretches and Vinyasa yoga flows on the floor and mat, you’ll have the opportunity to connect your movement to your breath. The class will end with deep breathing and mindfulness work, leaving you feeling centered, calm and relaxed. All levels welcome, and a Zoom link will be shared upon registration. Please have a Wi-Fi connection, water and an exercise mat on hand. If you purchase a monthly membership, 3-month program or class package, you’ll have access to recordings of my classes each week!

Passion Fit: Livestream Train (Fridays from 9:15 - 10:00 a.m. PST)

This class will energize you through interval and strength training, bootcamp, cardio and plyometric work! You’ll also become physically and mentally stronger and more confident by setting intentions, using weights and your own body weight. Finally, the class will end with a cool-down, stretch and mindfulness work, leaving you feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day. All levels welcome, and a Zoom link will be shared upon registration. Please have a Wi-Fi connection, water, light weights and an exercise mat on hand. If you purchase a monthly membership, 3-month program or class package, you’ll have access to recordings of my classes each week!

Expiration Date, Cancellation and Sign Up Policies:

Passion Fit livestream classes and packages purchased won’t expire and monthly memberships are recurring and will be renewed at the end of each year, as long as Passion Fit classes are in existence. Also, you can sign up for classes up to 30 minutes before the start time and cancellations can be made up to 30 minutes before the start of class without getting charged.

In-Person Classes at Crunch Fitness:

Belly, Butt and Thighs Bootcamp (Tuesdays from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. PST)

Focus on your lower half in this belly-busting, booty shaping, two-part intensive class that features a series of exercise combinations that target, you guessed it – your belly, butt, and thighs.

Fat Burning Pilates (Tuesdays from 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. PST)

Calorie burning cardio and Pilates-based toning combine to maximize your fat burning potential.

Barre Assets (Wednesdays from 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. PST)

Combine fat burning exercises with classical ballet movements and leave looking as lean and toned as a prima ballerina.

Iron Mat Pilates (Wednesdays from 10:30 - 11:00 a.m. PST)

Push your Pilates mat practice to the max with innovative exercises and the addition of weights to give your body iron-strength.

Zumba/Dance (Thursdays from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. PST)

Fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout designed to tone your body from head to toe.
